Happy Friday the 13th!! Like Lil Wayne would say, "I ain't got no worries." Superstitions never phase me, but of course now that I mention it, I'll have my fingers crossed that it doesn't come to bite me in the a** later on.
This morning I woke up and dropped the poodle child off for a haircut. Girlfriend was starting to look like a ratchet hood rat and needed a makeover stat.
And then I realized the worst fur mom award goes to..... me.

This evening at 3:00 I'll have a new freshly groomed poodle and $50 less to my name. And that's when I realized maybe I'm not so bad of a fur mom because this child is spoiled. About every 6-8 weeks, this little brat gets dropped off at the puppy salon for a full day of pampering. Shouldn't it be the other way around? Yes. But that's not how it works.
And then I realized that Hailey gets more pampering than I have in the last 6 years.
Six years. That's about how long it's been since I've walked into a salon to pay to get my hair cut or dyed. I'm sure you're probably thinking wtf, what's wrong with this girl right about now. But I can assure you I'm not some freak who let's their hair grow down to their butt cheeks, I still maintain it, I promise.
But when you have two hair stylists in your family that will do what you want, fo' free, it's a little hard to pay someone else to do it. But now that said hairstylists are just a few 1,400 miles away, I kinda gots a lil problem. I'm too stubborn to schedule an appointment nearby. I now wait to get my hair done whenever I go home, which totals about 3 times a year and that's not cool.
Someone please tell me to stop being cray cray and get into the salon because now I'm starting to look like a ratchet poodle myself.
How often do you get your haircut? Does anyone else wait as long as I do?
You know what time it is. This one's been on repeat all week. Lezz gooo.
