So All The "Will Fit Me Someday" Clothes Will Actually Fit This Time

Happy Hump Day my friends!  Bikini season has arrived so I thought I would share some get fit motivation with you since we're all trying to get that bikini body these days.  To those of you that already have it, go eat a cookie and come back to this post some other time.  Just kidding, you skinny betches inspire me to get off the couch.. show off that body girl!  

So I don't know about you, but I have been STRUGGLING with getting back into a workout routine.  At this time last year, I was in the gym for nearly two hours evveryday.  I'm not sure what happened, but ever since I moved here and started grad school, I've been slacking.  It's just so hard for me to stick with it.  I find myself often too busy and telling myself I'll go tomorrow.  Well, tomorrow comes and surprise surprise.. there's something else that comes up.  Yes, I'm busy with school and work, but it really is pathetic when I sit and think of how I can't even make 30 minutes of my day for cardio.  30 minutes!  That's nothing!  See.. I could have been working out, but instead I'm writing this blog post.  It just never fails y'all.  

In hopes of a fresh start and getting that motivation back, I took advantage of Old Navy's sale this past weekend.  ALL active wear is 40%!  I decided to get the hot pink compression tank and the compression capris.  The tank was only $10 and the capris were $15.  I've heard great things about them so I can't wait to try them out!  The sale is still going on now so don't miss out!  It's just something about new workout gear that instantly makes me want to get back into that routine.  It's like an excuse to wear my new stuff or something.

I also purchased the Polar FT4 (LOVE IT!) a few months back and holy crap I highly recommend that thing!  Whenever I do..or should I say used to do.. cardio, I can't stop staring at it.  It tracks how many calories you are burning and will instantly pressure you to work harder!  I also really like it for my strength training.  I always wondered how many additional calories are burned and I've finally gotten my answers.  Go getcha one!  I got mine here

And about those tiffany blue Nike Free Runs (LOVE THESE!) and the Yurbuds.. these are on the top of my wish list.  I have searched EVERYWHERE for those Nikes and have not found them anywhere.  womp womp.  If you know where I can get my hands on these beauties, holla!  And last, the headphones.  I've seen these floating around blog land lately and I really want to try them.  The apple earbuds just kill my ears.  In fact, it's so painful I usually don't workout with headphones.  No headphones means no music.  Maybe that's why I haven't been back to the gym.
